We do not handle hazardous materials, controlled substances, firearms, or valuables exceeding $1,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tasks involving transportation of persons are not included in our services.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and lawful instructions.

For any purchases made on behalf of the client, pre-payment or reimbursement is required.

Clients assume responsibility for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from false or incomplete information provided.

4. Liability & Damages

615Errands is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party vendors, weather, traffic, or situations beyond our control.

While we strive to provide professional and careful service, our liability for any loss, damage, or claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Clients waive any claims against 615Errands for incidental or consequential damages.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information and task details are kept confidential and used solely to complete the requested service.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties without consent.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued on a case-by-case basis for unfulfilled services.

7. Payments

All services must be paid for in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and credit/debit invoicing.
